A single grain from the very adaptable Loch Lomond distillery, known for producing a variety of different whiskies, from single malts to single grains to blends. A very light whisky here, perfect as an aperitif.
Nose: Plenty of sweet, fruity grain character here. Citrus peels, icing sugar, a little bit of grassiness.
Palate: Pineapple starts to develop on the palate, with a touch or two of oak spice keeping it from becoming overly sweet.
Finish: Continued fruity freshness.

Really took some time for me to appreciate. Slowly grew on me though. Knew not what to expect and this is one of those whiskys one should be introduced to ... properly. The pear hits your nose, whisky or williamine..!? Light, no depth, no smoke, no peat, no nothing, yet, suddenly its elegance and strength appears and yes I do enjoy this... I very much do even though peaty whisky is what I normally prefer.

Absolutely lovely value for money whiskey! Agree with the other reviewers regarding pineapple flavour. Good strong fruity flavours and truly enjoy drinking this very different but still true scotch.

Ive bought it because of rate on this website...1 star is enough for this no palate, no nose and barrely finish. Weak as just Vodka. Price low and now I understand why. If you want to enjoy a really fine whiskey than spend more money!!!!

A very nice grain whisky.Good flavour, pleasant to drink and good value. However,I cannot understand the move from a clear to a black bottle.Unless it is cheaper. It is impossible to see how much is left in the bottle.

After opening the bottle room fills with sweet and sour fruits flavor, fruits are opening on the tongue, with soft finishing. I enjoyed with a drop of water.

Pure pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. Surprisingly good though. Unlike any other scotch flavor I've ever had. I like it if just for that.
