Distilled in 1974 in the aforementioned stills, this unpeated expression was initially matured in re-fill American oak casks, where it remained for four years before transferred into a selection of first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Limited to 200 bottles, each displaying the distillery emblem, infilled with copper. With an engraved wooden cork, a copper plaque for a label, and housed in a hand-made oak box, this ought to make a stunning centerpiece for a whisky collection.
