22 year old single grain Scotch whisky from Loch Lomond, bottled as part of the Old Particular range by Douglas Laing. This one was mtaured in a refill hogshead cask from November 1995 to September 2018, and then bottled at 51.5% ABV with an outturn of 315 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Fondant Fancies, foam bananas and a touch of savoury grist.

Palate

More banana, now paired with lemon and pear - as well as pear drops!

Finish

A slow build of clove and black pepper, balanced by icing sugar and toffee.
