This is a rather special release from Dà Mhìle - back in 2000, they commissioned the Loch Lomond distillery to distil them some organic single malt whisky. This bottling is from their final cask of that whisky! A release of only 150 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
A cornucopia of sweet fruits, molasses and sherry. (Let breathe for 5 minutes in glass to release full fruitiness).
Palate
Molasses, liquorice.
Finish
Full in the mouth, followed by warming oak.
