‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Thick treacle, marzipan icing and plenty of golden cereals provide a viscous, sweet aroma initially. There’s dense oak underneath as warm gingerbread develops.
Lots of vanilla, banoffee pie, cacao and a little bit of coffee combine among touches of blackcurrant jam, ice-cream wafers and stem ginger.
Brown sugar and a sudden waft of tropical fruit.
