Nose
Warm apple sauce and buttery pastry, sweet cereal, pear, and cinnamon.
Palate
Pangs of marmalade and candied apricot, stewed apples and pears with winter spices and malty oak.
Finish
Spicy on the finish with a lingering prickle of pepper amongst sweeter spiced fruits.
