This was distilled at the Littlemill distillery in 1992 before a single cask maturation. It was aged in cask number 9 for 20 years before bottling at natural cask strength in 2012. A delicious whisky from Berry Brothers and Rudd.
Nose: Cocoa butter and allspice, with hints of gingernut biscuits, cinnamon bagels and just a hint of smoke.
Palate: A faintly smoky palate with nectarines in syrup, chocolate and lemon meringue pie. Very malty.
Finish: Creamy, sweet and faintly spiced. Honey.
Overall: Sweet, faintly citrusy whisky from Littlemill.
