This is a 9 year old single malt produced at the Linkwood Distillery in the Speyside region, which has been independently bottled by Solasta Spirits. The whisky was allowed to age in an ex-bourbon hogshead cask for nearly a decade, before being bottled up at 51.5% ABV. Just 104 of these handsome bottles were produced.
Tangy mango and pineapple, with a touch of cask char giving a savoury, balancing note.
A slow build of vanilla sponge, cut grass and honeydew melon.
Sugared peels and crushed peppercorns.
