A Swiss sherry monster from the folks at Langatun Distillery! Rich single malt, aged in Chardonnay wine casks before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This is delightfully complex, brimming with sweet sherried fruit flavour.
Nose: Boozey raisins and dark fruits, light oak with a gentle floral touch.
Palate: Burnt caramel and peppered butterscotch, figs, and dates, steeped in sherry.
Finish: Pepper and oak combine with aromatic spice, and dark overcooked fruitcake.
