Single malt whisky from the Langatun distillery in Switzerland, bottled at cask strength. Their 'Old Bear' expressions are made using peated malt aged in Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine casks, while their 'Old Deer' expressions are made unpeated.
Fresh smoke, with underlying red fruit and waxy orange.
Juicy grapes, toffee, wood smoke.
Long with dark chocolate coming to the fore, still quite smoky.
