This intriguing Swiss single malt from Langatun was initially aged in Chardonnay casks, before being finished in red wine casks from Lebanon's Château Kefraya! From one wine cask to another – a feat not often seen in the whisky world! Expect a lot of flavour from this one...

Nose
Marzipan, toasted oak with a smidge of burnt sugar too, quite chocolatey at points.
Palate
Blackcurrant, vanilla, savoury cedar and a whisper of sea salt, nutmeg, dates.
Finish
Dried fruit, gingerbread, and orange zest.
