Description
Swiss single malt here from Langatun. The Winter Wedding series is the successor to the distillery's Winter Edition single malts and features a marriage of its Old Bear and Old Deer whiskies. It's aged in a combination of sherry, Chardonnay, and Chateauneuf-du-Pape casks and then bottled at 46% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Crème caramel, orchard fruit, glazed cherries, peppery oak, and a whisper of smoke.
Palate
Dried fruit, sweet brown sugar, rich honey, roasted malt, and wood smoke.
Finish
Supple and spicy.
