The 2013 Fèis Ìle bottling from Lagavulin is sublime 18 year old selected by Iain McArthur, and distilled in 1995. A real highlight of that year's Islay whisky festival, 3,000 of these sherry-matured bottles were released.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Intense Sherry is supported by sweet barley with more herbal notes developing.

Palate Big, rich and precise with plenty of fruit. Simply fantastic.

Finish Clean and fruity with elusive lingering notes.

Overall Tremendous 'old sherry' whisky and probably the single best release of Fèis Ìle 2013.

I bought this whisky at Lagavulin in 2013 during a fantastic trip with my best Friends on Islay. We met Ian there. A great entertainer and an even better whisky master. I will never forget this whisky which I have opend at my wedding to celebrate with my friends. Thanks for this unforgettable experience and memory.

Amazing Lagavulin
One of the tastiest Lagavulins i've ever tasted. Goes great with Islay oysters. Takes me back to my summer holliday every dram.
