“Had this with a filter coffee after dinner. Perfect digestif; thick, sweet, possibly the easiest Lagavulin. Not complex, just syrupy smooth, light smoke, chewy and warming. ”

When Lagavulin decided to produce a 'finished' whisky - The Distillers Edition, there were doubters who thought nothing could be a match for the pungent strength of Lagavulin. Those sceptics were unfamiliar with the might of Pedro-Ximenez. A collectible 1991 vintage release, bottled in 2007.
