A 2011 Speyside single malt from Knockdhu distillery, this beauty was matured in a rum cask for 13 years (Caroni, no less), then bottled at 54.1% ABV.
Amaretti biscuits, peanuts, and hessian with a touch of rum sweetness.
Fruit and nut chocolate, pine nuts, and vanilla clotted cream.
Redcurrant conserve, candy floss, and ripe banana with a rummy glow.
