From Speyside's Knockdhu comes this 10 Year Old single malt! It was distilled in April 2009, and then left to rest in a single bourbon hogshead for the following decade. Finally, in September 2019 the A.D. Rattray folks bottled it up for the Cask Collection, with a release of 345 bottles at cask strength, a hearty 52.7% ABV.
White flowers and buttered malt loaf, with peppermint and honeysuckle.
Fresh sourdough with lemon curd, pineapple, barley sugar and anise.
Mint white chocolate and cooked rhubarb.
