Description
A peated edition of anCnoc single malt from the Knockdhu distillery. This expression was finished in sherry casks, bringing sweet layers of toffee apples and honey to the woody peat smoke at its core.

Nose
Honeyed fruit, charred pineapple, chewy toffee and powdered cinnamon, with bonfire embers in tow.
Palate
Crunchy, sweet toffee apples, rich baking spices, sweet smoke and oaken vanilla.
Finish
Charred oak and peat smoke linger, with burnt sugar and vanilla.
