15 year old single malt from the Knockando Distillery in the Speyside region. This is the 2003, which was bottled after a decade and a half of maturation, allowing the whisky to develop a creamy, honeyed, fruity flavour profile.
Mocha, nectarine, banana fritters and barley.
Runny caramel, milk chocolate, solid malt and oak underpinning it.
Slightly oily, with enough grape and apple notes for balance.
