If this is the first KC product you try I'd say don't be put off, this tastes way off the kings county profile.... This brings Pancake mix, Clove, Cardamom earth etc it's very unusual compared to their straight bourbon, I like it as it's so very different to what I expect. What I typically expect is freshly opened bag of raisins, honey, caramel, condensed milk, milk chocolate, earthy, oak bomb but the biggest stand out for a KC product is a huge nose palate of dark dried fruits.
