The team at Ireland's Killowen distillery sourced this Irish single malt from County Louth's Great Northern Distillery and treated it to a decadent cask finish. Initially aged in bourbon barrels, the whisky was then divided between a selection of Killowen’s own dark rum casks and a host of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, imparting a medley of dried fruits, tropical coconut, and vanilla.
