A single cask release from Kilchoman on the Isle of Islay, bottled for Italy's Silver Seal chaps. This was distilled in May 2010 and aged in a single Sherry butt for 4 years, until March 2015. It was then bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or additional colours.

Nose

Earthy peat sits behind layers of strawberry and blackcurrant notes.

Palate

Thick with Sherry and chocolate, supported by a whack of sea salt.

Finish

Jelly Tots and mince pies.
