Kavalan Solist Pedro Ximenéz Cask (57.1%) Reviews

Simple review

Dram into a tuath glass with the nose shows sweet notes of raisin and dried fig.

The palate shows a mild sweetness with a strong port/raisin forwardness throughout.

After a drop of water, the nose shows rounder and cleaner notes of raisin and dried fig.

The palate is softer with more forward caramel notes with a bed of raisin and dried figs.
