Kavalan Solist ex-Bourbon Cask (59.4%)
Taiwanese single malt whisky from the award-winning Kavalan range, produced by King Car.This particular expression matured in casks that previously held bourbon before being bottled at cask strength. The vanilla-y elements from the bourbon casks work very well with the fruity spirit from King Car, resulting in a well-balanced expression.

Nose
Coconut, banana fritters, orange peel and vanilla pod.
Palate
Melted chocolate, pineapple and a touch of toasted almond.
Finish
Cherry, cedar and a soft hint of cinnamon.
