The third batch of Karuizawa's impressive 1999-2000 Cask Strength series. In a glorious green bottle featuring calligraphy by Sooun Takeda, this is one of the rare small-batch releases produced during the last few years of the distillery’s lifespan. It was matured in sherried oak and bottled at 51.8% ABV.
