Nose Stewed orchard fruits, light notes of toasty oak and a little bit of seaside fudge. Dark chocolate tart later on, with a little bit of blackcurrant syrup drizzled over it.
Palate Lots more chocolate and dark fruit on the palate, with a sprinkle of ginger and nutmeg. Continued toasty oak brings out vanilla and woody elements.
Finish A final hint of cacao and vine peach.
