The second release in the John Walker & Sons Private Collection range, focusing on the "Rare Fruit Character" of the Johnnie Walker range. This limited edition blended Scotch whisky was made using 29 specially selected casks. As with the previous edition, 8,888 bottled were produced, all very handsomely presented indeed.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Grilled pineapple, apricot and green apple slices. Toffee-drizzled peach and vanilla fudge. A touch of smoke - just a little bit, but it's clearly recognisable.

Palate: Baked apple and pear, fresh vanilla, a hint of sticky caramelised sugar and honey.

Finish: Rather long with stewed fruits and wafts of smoke.
