It's built using three casks of grain whiskey from a selection of Irish distilleries, expertly blended and bottled up at 46% ABV. Impressive, approachable stuff.

Fresh peach and pear, another hint of floral vanilla, a slow build of soft oak spices.

My first dabble into a proper Irish Whiskey. What a great one at that! Very light in both nose and taste but has depth of flavour. A couple drops of water to get it down to nearer 40 abv really opens it up. Weirdly enough I really get ‘banana milkshake’ on the finish.
