J.J. Corry The Flintlock - Batch 2
The second release of J.J. Corry's The Flintlock single malt Irish whiskey is here! This is a 14 year old expression, with only 400 bottles produced. A creamy, vanilla-rich expression, perfect for evening dramming. The name comes from an antique flintlock pistol discovered by the Chapel Gate team when refurbishing their warehouse!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Bounty Bars, fresh peach and lemon meringue pie.
Palate
Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce, shortbread and another helping of juicy peaches.
Finish
Just a hint of nutmeg warmth appears underneath the fragrant vanilla.
