Relaxed vanilla, a little caramelised fruit and just a hint of smoke.
More vanilla, greater oakiness, classic bourbon notes. There is a wood smoke peatiness, however, that's more prominent on the palate tan it was on the nose (perhaps aided by some barrel char).
