Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Scorched caramel, pecan pie, a zesty burst of orange peel and cherry, subtle cardamom spiciness.

Palate: Toasty oak, banana chips, peppercorn, toffee apple, crunchy brown sugar, with a hint of flaky pastry appearing later on.

Finish: More pepper and brown sugar, with a little anise too.
