Isle of Raasay Dùn Cana - First Edition 3cl Whisky

Hey, look! It's a lovely new whisky from the Isle of Raasay distillery. Dùn Cana is a marriage of peated and unpeated spirit matured initially in American rye casks followed by a second maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. These small casks impart a lot of flavour quickly into this single malt Scotch whisky, which was bottled at 52% ABV, natural colour, and non-chill filtered.
