From Douglas Laing's Old particular range comes a 21 year old single grain Scotch whisky produced at the Invergordon Distillery. This one was aged in a refill barrel from May 1997 to February 2019, and then bottled at 51.5% ABV with a very small outturn of only 206 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Lemon tart, cocoa, multi-seed bread and pecans.
Palate
Icing sugar, crushed kitchen spices and fresh orange.
Finish
Pastries with more icing sugar on top, red liquorice.
