Maturation in a sherry butt for 18 years was long enough for this Inchgower whisky according to Hunter Laing. Their Old Malt Cask range is only bottled when they think it has reached the pinnacle of tastiness, and by Jove do they know tasty whisky! A single cask release of 242 bottles.
