Inchgower 13yo #806934 Bottling Note

Independently bottled Inchgower single malt from The Red Cask Co., this is a splendidly sherried expression! Distilled in July 2008, this whisky was matured for 13 years including a generous period in a first fill sherry hogshead. In 2021, the cask was cracked open, releasing a total outturn of 256 bottles at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Bittersweet marmalade, juicy raisins, chocolate chip bread and butter pudding.

Palate: Fragrant spice, jammy dark fruit notes with biscuity malt, burnt caramel and underlying hints of green oak.

Finish: Syrupy fruit continues with dark chocolate coffee beans, prunes, and baking spice.
