Description
This rare find joins the collection from independent bottler Limited. Distilled at the long-lost Imperial distillery which closed its doors for good in 1998, this single malt spent 33 years maturing in a single bourbon barrel between 1989 and 2023, yielding a total of just 107 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Bursting with apricots, raisins, almonds, vanilla, sweet honey, lemon zest, and subtle ginger spice.
Palate
Fruity notes of red grapes, plums, and red apples accompanied by warming ginger and cinnamon spices.
Finish
Long, sweet and spicy with toffee, butterscotch, brown sugar, and cinnamon spice.
