Imperial 23 Year Old 1995 (cask 4190) - Celebration Of The Cask (Càrn Mòr)

Though the Imperial Distillery no longer stands, its whisky still finds its way to the hands of enthusiasts via indie bottlers! This one is a 23 year old Imperial single malt, distilled in May 1995 and matured in a single bourbon barrel. In April 2019, Càrn Mòr bottled the whisky up for the Celebration of the Cask, resulting in 230 bottles.

Subtle hints of fresh fruit and toasted seeds.
