A 2021 release of Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries 2021. The renowned Ichiro Akuto created this blended malt from single malts from the Chichibu and Mars distilleries. Unusual in Japanese whisky for distilleries to share casks, so this is a treat.

Nose
A captivating aroma greets you with a delightful mix of fresh orchard fruits, including crisp apples and juicy pears, intertwined with subtle hints of honey and vanilla. A whisper of floral notes adds an elegant touch to the bouquet.
Palate
