Description
A limited edition from Hibernia Distillers - it's a cask strength single grain Irish whiskey which was triple distilled and non-chill filtered. That natural cask strength of 59% ABV may pack a punch, so you can always add water or, if you're feeling adventurous, some ginger ale and a slice of orange.

Nose
Robust single grain spice prickles through succulent soft toffee pennies and vanilla.
Palate
Toasted oak and golden barley form a core that cracked black pepper, butterscotch and green apples emerge from.
Finish
