We're big fans of well-aged Highland Park single malts, and we're fairly certain a few of you are in the same boat too. Hence why this one is rather appealing indeed - it's a 30 year old expression from the Orkney-based distillery! The Spring 2019 Release was drawn from fewer than 20 casks, including first-fill bourbon casks, first-fill sherry seasoned casks, and refill casks.
