Highland Park 24 Year Old 1992 - The Nectar of the Daily Drams
24 year old single malt from Highland Park, distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2016 by The Nectar. There really isn't much else to say, honestly. "24 year old single malt from Highland Park" is simply just an incredible sentence that doesn't get old. Have you even tried saying "24 year old single malt from Highland Park" without immediately saying "yum" afterwards? It's almost impossible.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Caramelised fruit, damp heather, raspberry roulade and a hint of black pepper.
Palate
Digestive biscuits, pear crumble and heather once again. Soft waves of smoke and some chewy sultanas.
Finish
Sea salt, fudge and old leather.
