Sherried single malt from Highland Park - always a treat! This 22 year old expression from the Orkney-based distillery was filled into a sherry hogshead in November 1995 and bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Celebration of the Cask range in April 2018. A release of 257 bottles.

Nose

Fragrant oak arrive first, before a big wave of Oloroso richness develops.

Palate

Mineral-forward, though once again swiftly followed by sultana and chocolate. A touch of cinnamon and clove spiciness.

Finish

Black pepper, dark chocolate, sea salt.
