Highland Park 21 Year Old 2003 (cask 925) - Fragrant Drops (Keeble Cask Company)
This 21-year-old Highland Park emerges from a single refill bourbon barrel filled in 2003 and bottled in 2025 for The Keeble Cask Company’s Fragrant Drops series. Drawn at natural cask strength 47.1% ABV, it shows Highland Park in a wonderfully pure register, with soft smoke, honeyed malt and that unmistakable Orkney coastal character.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Heather honey and vanilla fudge with bright lemon peel, soft peat and a drift of coastal breeze. Hints of toasted barley and dried wildflowers.
Palate
Sweet orchard fruit and honey glide over gentle smoke. Vanilla pod, citrus oils and waxy malt build with toasted oak and a touch of brine.
Finish
Long and elegant with warm oak spice, fading embers of peat, citrus zest and a lingering honeyed glow.
