A special bottling from Dràm Mòr, released to celebrate the indie bottler's fifth anniversary in 2024. Distilled at Highland Park, this single malt spent an impressive 18 years maturing in a single refill hogshead, yielding a total of 292 bottles at a robust 57.1% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Classic gentle coastal nose with straw and mild honey and just a whiff of smoke.
Palate
Stunningly mouth filling. Rich and bold in its approach this is a delight! Citrus, lemon sherbet, roasted yellow ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of smoke on the top of your palate.
Finish
Long to say the least. We can now find that hint of peat long famed in Highland Park showing at this drams curtain call.
