An exciting bottling of Highland Park, distilled in March 1989 and whacked straight into sherry oak cask #10039. After 14 years had passed in said cask, Blackadder bottled the single malt for the Raw Cask series, named as such because the whisky is drawn from casks containing natural sediment, oils and fats.
