This edition of Hatozaki blended malt from the Kaikyo distillery will be perfect for Highballs. Initially aged in a host of bourbon and sherry casks, this whisky was then treated to a six-month stay in Japanese umeshu plum liqueur barrels! You can expect notes of sweet, juicy stone fruits and subtle vanilla alongside earthy black tea and oaken spice here.
