Bottlings of Hanyu single malt are incredibly rare indeed, as they only produced whisky from the 1980s to 2000 when the distillery closed. This particularly handsome bottling was distilled in 2000 (before they shut their doors for the final time), and was given a finishing period in a Cognac cask before bottling at cask strength.
