Hanyu 2000 (bottled 2016) (cask 359) - A Decade as Number One Whisky

Japan's Hanyu distillery ceased operations in 2000, and this single malt was distilled in that final year of production. The whisky matured in a single red oak hogshead until 2016 when it was bottled to mark the 10th anniversary of the Number One Drinks Company.
