A single cask Indiana rye whiskey from GreatDrams, distilled in 2017. We don't know where, but we do know it was rested in virgin American oak for four years, and bottled at 50.2% ABV in a release of 193 bottles. Immensely spicy, aromatic stuff that's more than appropriate for all manner of classic cocktails (we're looking at you, Manhattan).
Cinnamon buns, buttery fudge, spicy oak, and a touch of mint.
Black pepper and more cinnamon warmth, with woody vanilla pod, and oily orange peel.
A generous helping of baking spices on a hot finish.
