GlenWyvis The Highland Legacy Series 2: The Baineach
This is the second single malt in the four-part Highland Legacy Series from community-owned GlenWyvis distillery. Baineach honours the women of the Scottish Highlands, craftswomen whose skill with wool and loom shaped the heritage of a nation with robust tartans and timeless tweeds. Matured in a combo of first-fill ruby Port and refill oloroso sherry casks, it's layered with notes of chocolate, candied orange, and dried fruits.

Nose
Waxy honeycomb, toffee pennies, chocolate buttons.
Palate
Layers of creamy chocolate, candied orange, and hints of strawberry laces, with oily malt beneath.
Finish
Prunes, raisins, orchard fruits, and cocoa.
