It's The Glenturret Triple Wood. released as part of the distillery's 2021 collection! This expression was allowed to mature in a trio of bourbon, sherry, and American oak casks, imparting a gloriously mellow profile, with plenty of spiced fruit and vanilla warmth.

Nose

Sweet, toasted oak, bread and butter pudding packed with juicy sultanas.

Palate

Candied oranges dipped in dark chocolate, treacly ginger cake, zesty oak spice.

Finish

Sweet barley, dusty cinnamon, prunes, and clove.

Good Stuff

Bought this for my brother's wedding to make a few toasts with and my god. Very harsh on the nose to start but after a few drops of water the flavour profile opens up and is absolutely amazing. Rich, warm, vanilla and sweet. Will definitely be buying again

Yessss

If a blind tasting, I wouldn’t pick this as a Highland malt. Soft orange notes with All Spice aftertaste. Lovely

A lot better than the legacy expressions. Everything screams quality. From the feel and look of the bottle, the chunky cork and ofcourse the high quality spirit itself.
